Back in July 1997, Eiichiro Oda released the first issue of One Piece and till today it is the number one manga in sales in the entire world. Its huge success brought to life the anime series 2 years later in 1999 with more than 1000 episodes to count this day.
And of course this lead to the creation of a live-action TV series which premiered in August 2023, through the Netflix streaming service. The main character Monkey D. Luffy, a young boy who got superpowers by mistake, wants to become the king of pirates. In order to achive that, he begins his journey with one only one purpose, to find the one pice. Where is the one piece? No one knows. And most important, what is the one piece? Also no one knows. The series is extremely adventurus and full of energy during the whole season.
The adaption of the characters from anime to live-action series is done with great success and accuracy, thing that satisfied the fanatic people of the anime around the globe. The first season is eight episodes and covers the entire first season of the anime which is 61 episode. And that's the beauty of it, it leaves nothing important outside.
